Rod Polston
Rod Polston

Mr. Polston is the founder of the Law Offices of Roderick H. Polston, P.C. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2001. Raised by parents who are public school educators, Rod has continued to have a passion to serve parents and children through the school system. Rod and his wife Sara, have two children.

Joe marshall
Joe Marshall

Mr. Marshall began his career in the car business while in college where he later promoted to CFO of a local auto group in Kentucky. In 1989, while working in the banking industry, he bought a minority interest in his first dealership. Joe went on to pursue his career as a stock broker but returned to the car industry to realize his dream of owning his own business. In 2010, Joe and his family moved to Mississippi after buying their first car dealership.  He continues to expand the business through acquiring additional franchises.  In 2017, Joe joined the Forming Lives Board to advocate for character education in public and private schools.

Paul Brewer
Paul Brewer

Mr. Brewer serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Enable Midstream Partners which is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK. He has 35 years of experience in the exploration,  producing and midstream gas gathering and processing business sectors. In addition to his role on the Forming Lives board of directors, Paul also serves on the regional and state boards for Junior Achievement Oklahoma, as well as board positions on other Christian ministry and industry based organizations. He attended the University of Tulsa where he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering. Paul and his wife of 37 years, Jewel, are residents of Edmond, Oklahoma. They have three grown sons and are actively engaged in their local Life Church campus.

Josien Knigge
Josien Knigge

For the last 25 years, Ms. Knigge has been passionately working with the public education systems in various nations of the Western Hemisphere, providing textbooks, tools, and training for teachers and caregivers in Spanish and English. Born into a family of educators, being fluent in three languages, and having lived in many different cultures worldwide has given her insight and opportunities to contribute to students’ social and emotional development. Josien, a Dutch citizen, received her Bachelor’s degree of Science in the Netherlands; she has a degree as master of arts in primary and secondary education and one in philosophy and divinity. Josien and her husband Rocky currently live in the United States. They are the parents of five healthy, successful children and grandparents to three grandchildren.
