Brenda Lebsack is a school board trustee of Orange Unified School District in Orange County, California. She has more than 20 years of experience in public education as a general and special education teacher. Additionally, she has directed summer outreach programs in low-income neighborhoods for the past 15 years, training teens to be the primary program leaders.
Senator AJ Griffin

AJ Griffin is a former State Senator from District 20 in Oklahoma. She has served as Republican Rural Caucus Chair, Former Hospitality Careers Instructor, Not-for-Profit Agency Executive and former teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Human Environmental Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma Child Abuse Training and Coordination Council, 2001-present. She also serves as a deacon in the First Christian Church of Guthrie, Oklahoma, as well as a Board Member of the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce, the Oklahoma Association of Youth Services and the Oklahoma Substance Abuse Service Alliance.
Lindy Johnson

Lindy Johnson attended the University of Oklahoma for her Bachelor’s degree and then attended Baylor University for a Masters in Social Work. She currently works as an Orphan Care Manager for Saddleback Church in Southern California. Lindy has a passion for serving children and families in their adoption journey, knowing each child who has experienced trauma and loss needs a unique kind of care in a loving home. Lindy enjoys utilizing Trust-Based Relational Interventions with children and families to bring relational healing to the places where they have been hurt relationally. She currently serves on the board of the Karis Adoption Fund. Outside of work, Lindy enjoys reading novels, traveling, attending Thunder games, and spending time with close friends and her growing family of fifteen.
Robert Greenlaw
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Robert Greenlaw is the Executive Administrator & Board Assistant for Kimray, an Oklahoma City-based manufacturing company with more than 600 employees. Robert serves on the board of directors, as CEO and president, and on the executive team leading the company. Before joining Kimray in 2014, Robert was publications director for Strata Leadership and Character First Education, where he developed character-based resources for teachers, parents, and students of all ages. As an international instructor, Robert trained more than 30,000 teachers in 18 countries on how to use the Character First program, after teaching it to more than 70,000 children.
Dave Hadacek
San Diego, California
Dave Hadacek has worked over 35 years in various engineering and management positions for American Top 100 corporations. His leadership positions include area of Manufacturing, Materials Management, Production Test, Design Engineering, Business Management, and Business Development. Dave recently retired from his Director of Engineering position where he led a multicultural Engineering organization located in San Diego, California and in Riazzino, Switzerland. Dave’s philanthropic activities include serving as a strong advocate on behalf of people with developmental disabilities. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Peggy, and three grown children and their families.
Michael Roach
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Michael Roach is a Colorado native who earned his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Oklahoma Christian University and his Master of Science degree in clinical microbiology and immunology from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center’s College of Medicine. After teaching secondary chemistry and biology for 14 years, Michael became the Administrator of Educational Technology for Edmond Public Schools and later served as the Information Technology Manager for the Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City. He also served as a Technical Consultant for Government, Education and Medical Accounts until his retirement. After teaching biology again for Edmond Public Schools at Edmond North High School, he and his wife Deanna, moved to Norman, Oklahoma near their children and grandchildren.
Linda Colby
San Diego, California
Linda Colby is a veteran teacher with over 30 years experience in the elementary school classroom. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education and a Master Degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland. She also received her Cross Cultural Language Acquisition Development certificate from UC San Diego. Over the course of her teaching career, she taught in public and private schools in Maryland, Virginia and California. She has a special passion for working with parents and teachers to create an educational environment that ensures success for struggling students.
John Rossi
Edmond, Oklahoma
John Rossi is President of his own media consulting firm, JR Media, LLC. He has enjoyed a forty-year career in broadcasting, serving more than half that time in General Manager positions at television stations around the country. In addition to his involvement with Forming Lives, John is actively involved with United Voice Oklahoma, a collaborative effort among local community leaders and the media in Oklahoma City, promoting a healthy dialogue on race. Additionally, John is a Board member of Shiloh Camp and its mission to transform our inner city through faith, sports, arts and meaningful relationships. John and his wife Faith reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Jackie Listen
Noble, Oklahoma
Jackie Listen began his career in real estate before being hired by McClain County National Bank to market their repossessed properties. Through the years, Jackie served the bank in many roles and eventually Sr. Vice President and manager of a new bank branch. In January of 2020, after a nearly 28-year banking career, he closed that chapter and officially “re-fired” back into the world of entrepreneurship. Jackie is now coaching and mentoring other young business leaders, focusing again on real estate, and he continues to serve on McClain Bank’s Board of Directors. He lives on a ranch in Noble with his wife Paula. They have two children, one son-in-law, and one grandson. Jackie is enjoying his new role as “Chief Encouragement Officer” and is passionate about helping the next generation step into their purpose.
